Lulu wasn't voted "Most Creative Menu" by Charlotte Magazine for nothing! Executive Chef Marc Jacksina thrives in creating eclectic, sumptuous meals for his diners. He takes only the freshest meats and fishes, infusing them with new combinations of spices and sauces to create dishes unlike anything you'll taste in Charlotte. Since Lulu has opened, they've taken pride in the fact that the use many local raised and grown heirloom products in their seasonally changed menu. Though not a full "farm to fork" restaurant, you'd be hard pressed to find the same value at any other premier local owned restaurant featuring similar ingredients.
